SiBa Systems offers a multitude of features which help to give you complete control and customization in securing the data on your server. In an attempt to give you the best experience in using SiBa Systems, we have eliminated account "packages" and made it so that you can pick the features that you want on your account based on what you need. This allows you to hone our features to precisely fit what you need and it will elminate paying for features you do not use.

SiBa Systems offers to types of accounts: client and reseller. Each account comes with their own advantages and each have features that better serve you based on the type of services you need. If you are just backing up your own domains and you only need one user to access SiBa Systems, then the client account is best for your. On the other hand, if you are a web host or an online service that has your own clientele and you wish to offer SiBa Systems to your clients with seamless integration, then the reseller account is the best option.

We offer unlimited servers for every account on SiBa Systems. We aim to make backing up servers convenient, fast, and easy by allowing a user the ability to manage all of their servers under one account without unnecessary charges and fees.

This feature allows you to add an array of mirrors for a server on your account. These mirrors are all of the locations SiBa Systems will access and send a copy of the backup file when a backup is performed. These mirrors can be an FTP server or even your own custom server-side script, allowing you to develop your own application to handle the transferred backups as you see fit.

This feature comes with even the most basic accounts and secures any sensitive information about a server such as login credentials with up to 256-bit encryption under various algorithms. In addition, to increase security and obfuscation, each account has its own encrypted key with up to 256 characters. This helps to keep sensitive information secure and unique to each user.

This features allows you to have SiBa Systems store your backups on our secure restricted-access data servers. This will give you access to your backups anytime and anywhere on a high-speed server. These data servers are constantly monitored and backed up and access is ONLY permitted to SiBa Systems, which ensures that your files can not be access by anyone or anything except your SiBa Systems account.

This features allows you to go beyond simply browsing a server associated with your account. With File Management, you can perform functions like edit, delete, download, upload, create, and move any file on your server, giving you ultimate control of all the files on your server without having to leave SiBa Systems.

This feature allows you to have a backup queued for physical media storage. At which point a copy of your backup is saved for processing. Your backups will continued to be processed in this fashion until the physical media is full. At which point the media will be shipped to you via standard shipping. You can also submit a request to have the media shipped to you at any time, even if the media is not full.

In addition, you can request all of your backups that are stored on an accessible server, including if we are storing the backups for you, to be downloaded to SiBa Systems and processed to a form of physical media. This media will then be shipped to you at a shipping speed of your choice.

This feature allows you to schedule when you want a backup to be performed automatically. This allows you to ensure that your server's data is secure without requiring any interaction from you. This feature is particularly useful if you require that you have constant backups of your server because the data on your server is constantly changing.

This feature enhances the access to your server by way of a one-file, encrypted, PHP-based API. This API is installed on your server and is used by all of the features of SiBa Systems including backups, restores, and server browsing. This feature does require that your server can run a PHP script but it does help SiBa Systems interact better with the server than with a server that does not support this API.

This feature allows you to access your account from a software-based application which allows you to perform all of this same functions as if you were accessing your account directly at SiBa Systems. This feature is particularly useful because you can schedule this application to automatically run on certain days at certain times through your computer's task scheduler. This advantage will allow you to control your own schedule for backing up a server, for example.

This feature allows a reseller account to allow their clients to manage their SiBa Systems account directly through the reseller, instead of having to come directly to SiBa Systems. This allows the reseller to fully control all their account and offer their clients a streamlined and seamless experience when using the reseller's services.
