In this policy, words such as "we", "us", and "our" will refer to ForceCore Technologies, in association with SiBa Systems. Words such as "client", "reseller", "you", and "your" will refer to an account associated with this system.

SiBa Systems will not, under any circumstance outside of legal domain (please refer to the LEGAL DISCLOSURE POLICY from our Legal Policies), disclose any information to anyone of any stature. This includes, but is not limited to: affiliates, sponsors, 3rd-party websites. SiBa Systems will not spam e-mail addresses or contribute to such actions in any way. If you receive any e-mail from us that is spam without your consent, please report it immediately to our Abuse Department. Information associated with an account will never, under any circumstance, be publicly displayed or disclosed. SiBa Systems will never ask for your password to your account or any server associated with your account.

All sensitive information supplied by an account (usernames, passwords) is encrypted with up to 256-bits. All data remains encrypted at all times. During use, the data is decrypted and processed at the server then cleared. At no time will any decrypted information be stored in a cookie, stored in a browser session, passed between client and server, or otherwise transmitted. All decrypted data remains at the server at all times.

SiBa Systems will never access, analyze, browse, or otherwise determine the content of a server or any backups associated with our system at any time under any circumstance. However, by using our services, you agree to our CONTENT RISK AGREEMENT, as described in our Legal Policy
