In this policy, words such as "we", "us", and "our" will refer to ForceCore Technologies, in association with SiBa Systems. Words such as "client", "reseller", "you", and "your" will refer to an account associated with this system.

By signing up for, and therein using, the basic account offered with free registration for using our services, you agree to visibly place our "Secured By" signature on your main index page for each server associated with your account. If the server in question is not web-accessible, please create an index page in the root directory of your server containing the signature. Your compliance is verified by logged access to the signature If no access has been logged, or the signature is found encapsulated inside comment tags, we deem this as a failure to comply. If you fail to comply with this policy, we reserve the right to suspend your account for non-compliance until the signature is placed and verified. If failure to comply persists, we reserve the right to close your account and henceforth, should we deem necessary, take preventative measures to prevent future account registrations. This decision will be made at our discretion based on the individual situation. This signature is required unless you pay the signature waiver, as depicted on our Pricing page.

By registering for our services, you agree that any servers associated with your account are owned, rented or otherwise accessible by you. We reserve the right to perform WHOIS queries and request proof of ownership on any and all of the servers associated with our system to ensure ownership and accessibility. Should we find any "falsely associated" servers under any account in our system, we reserve the right to remove that server from your account and/or close the account for failure to adhere to our policies.

By using our services, you agree that you are fully responsible for any and all content, including any backups, of each server associated with your account. We are not, at any time, to be held responsible in any way, shape, or form for the content of any servers associated with our system, nor for the content of the backup(s) generated therein.

SiBa Systems reserves the right to set, raise, lower, or otherwise adjust any prices or fees for any of the services that we offer. You will be notified of any changes beforehand, so that you can opt to cancel the service. You agree to pay any and all fees incurred by the services enlisted on your account by the first of every month. If you fail to pay your monthly balance, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the balance is paid. If the failure to pay your monthly balance continues, we reserve the right to close your account and henceforth, should we deem necessary, take preventative measures to prevent future account registrations. This decision will be made at our discretion based on the individual situation. We reserve the right to incur any and all service fees based on usage and access to our system. There are no refunds for services paid under any circumstance.
